New Conditioning Program at Krav Maga Raleigh
We have a new conditioning program starting tomorrow, Tuesday the 13th, at Krav Maga Raleigh. We already have excellent fitness class at 7:30 pm during the week, but we are always looking for ways to prove more training to our members. This new program is an hour long class that combines fundamental strength and conditioning exercises with Krav striking drills. There are tons of hour-long fitness classes out there, but often their focus is limited to just making the class as hard as possible. And while our class is definitely going to kick your butt, there is a method to the madness. We won't just make you work harder, we'll make you work better, by teaching proper body mechanics and good movement patterns. We are rolling this class out gradually, starting with Tuesdays at 12:15pm. After developing the class for a few weeks there, we will roll it out into some evening spots. So check us out on Tuesdays if your schedule allows, and look for the class coming to the evening.
