Fitness Class Guidelines
We've got the downstairs all put together now, and we're ready for the fitness classes to start on Monday. Here are a couple important things to know about the fitness classes: Classes will be a combination of heavy bag work, bodyweight exercises, and loaded strength-building exercises, so get ready to work hard! You will need to wear shoes for all fitness classes and anytime you are in the fitness area for safety reason. Class size is limited to 8 people to prevent overcrowding and ensure that everyone gets a good workout; for the moment we will just go on a first-come, first-serve basis. You will need heavy bag gloves for the fitness classes, which we have at the studio. You are free to borrow a pair for your first class, and we have gloves available for purchase in the studio. That's pretty much everything. We are very excited to get these classes started and help you get in the best shape of your life!
