Yeah It's Cold, But So What?
As I write this post on Wednesday night, it's currently 16 degrees outside, and not supposed to get much warmer during the day on Thursday. It's the kind of weather that makes it hard to go outside; the kind of weather where you think, "I"ll just take today off and train extra hard tomorrow." However we owe it to ourselves to do better. At Krav Maga Raleigh we are training to protect ourselves against the worst attacks. If we let a little bit of cold weather stop us from training, what does that say about our willingness to fight back 100% in a violent encounter? Or our desire to get in the best shape of our lives? If you are training at Krav Maga Raleigh then you have made a commitment to be the very best version of yourself possible. Do you think that person would let 30 seconds of cold between the car and the gym stop themselves from achieving their goals? I know that you won't. See you in class!
