We haven’t been making a big deal of it, so I understand if you didn’t know. But if you didn’t catch any of our posters, emails, videos, or announcements about it, it’s our 7th anniversary! But enough about us, what do you think about us? Oh that’s so nice. No…stop it. You’re too kind; you’re embarrassing us! Let’s talk about you for a little bit. What have the last seven years been like for you? Do you remember what your goals were back then? If you are like 100% of humans, you wanted to look better and feel better. That might mean losing fat or building muscle, feeling confident in the way you look, or feeling confident walking at night alone. It might mean you want life to be easier: being able to carry more groceries upstairs, or play with your kids and not get tired before they do. There are a lot of ways you can look better and feel better, but we’re all chasing the same goals. Now you have to ask yourself, “Where am I today, compared to 7 years ago.” Maybe you’ve achieved everything you want! More likely you’re still working on it, or perhaps you’ve even lost progress. That can be frustrating but ultimately what matters is what you do today. If you’re training in Krav Maga or fitness then you’re doing the right thing, and even if you haven’t reached your goals from seven years ago you can surpass them in far less than seven more. At Krav Maga Raleigh we will do everything we can to help you get there. And you don’t have to thank us, because your goals ARE our goals. Seriously, there’s no need for thanks. No, thank you for coming in and training with us. Look we appreciate it but it’s just not necessary to be so grateful. Ok please stop, you’re embarrassing us! Well if you insist on more compliments, I suppose we can accommodate you a little longer…
