Good morning everyone! First things first, congratulations to all of our new level 2 students! They had a long and grueling level 1 test on Saturday and everyone performed wonderfully. Welcome to level 2 folks!
Our next event is the Kids Workshop this Saturday at 2:00pm. This workshop teaches essential anti-bullying, self-defense, and confidence skills to kids aged 8-13. The focus is on decision making, verbal skills, and using self-defense only when absolutely necessary. This kids workshop is this Saturday, Oct 5th from 2:00 - 3:30pm. Register here today!

October is the anniversary month for Krav Maga Raleigh, and we had planned to do an 11th anniversary cookout this month as well, but after looking at all of the events this month, it's just too crowded to put one more in there. We're not far away from the massive slate of tests in December, so we need to prioritize all of the Krav training. So no cookout this time around, but every day to come to class helps us celebrate 11 years of self-defense and fitness in Raleigh, and your hard work on the mats is all we need!
