Happy Monday everyone! I hope everyone enjoyed a good holiday weekend as we move into the back half of this difficult year. The Women's Self-Defense Workshop is returning this Saturday morning! We have options for both in-person and online participation, follow this link to sign up!
We have two outdoor classes today: Fitness at 5:30 and Krav Maga level 1/2 at 6:30. The fitness classes uses one heavy weight, so bring that if you have it, but if not don't worry, we have plenty at the studio. On Wednesday we will have two more outdoor classes - weather permitting - fitness at 5:30, and level 3/4 at 6:30. For the Level 3/4 Krav Maga class, you will need to be at that level to attend in person, but anyone is welcome to join online, as we have been doing since the start of online classes.
Saturday we will have our normal schedule, which means the return of Pilates! It's a great week of training, we can't wait to see you online and on the mats!
