One Outdoor Class This Week!

Happy Monday everyone! First: yes we do have our regular classes today. We are sticking with the same Level-based schedule as last week. Also, I have to apologize to anyone who tried to take pilates on Saturday and was not able to: We did have the class but it was a problem on my part that kept you from getting into the meeting. Please join the class again this Saturday at 12:30pm! 

Although gyms have not reopened in phase 2, I believe we are ok to try some outdoor classes, so the Tuesday 12:15 fitness class will be held in the back at Krav Maga Raleigh this week. That class will still be on Zoom, barring technical difficulties, so please continue to participate at home. Because the second half of the week is probably all rain, that's the only outdoor class I we will attempt this week. 

If you do plan to come to that class, bring everything you need with you, the studio will be closed and no one will go in for any reason. There is plenty of space in the back for what I assume will be a small group of people to spread out.  The Tuesday class is scheduled for heavy weights, so if you have one at home you have been using, please bring it with you. If not we can find one for you in the studio. Although it will be a different experience from the "normal" classes, I do look forwards to seeing a few people in person and working out, even spaced apart. If this class goes well we can get a few more outdoor classes on the schedule, hopefully before the weather becomes untenably hot.
