Tuesday's Conditioning Class
The first class of our new conditioning program at Krav Maga Raleigh kicked off yesterday, and it was a great success. We focused used kettlebells, resistance bands, and focus mitts in a full body workout that focused on hip strength and mobility. Thanks to everyone who came, and I hope to see even more of you next week. And don't forget to check out our amazing fitness classes at 7:30 on weekday evenings!
