Good evening everyone! Despite everything with the Coronavirus, we had a great weekend of classes, a strong level 1 review, and tough workouts. Everything at the studio - and the rest of the country - is in flux, but for the coming week, we are planning to keep the regular class schedule, and add some additional ways for our members to train and stay engaged.

In addition to our regular classes, this week, we are adding a few small group fitness classes with pre-registration. These classes are limited to six people, and are not during the same times as our normal classes. What that means is during these classes, there will only be six people plus the instructor in the building. That small group will allow us to carefully control the hygiene, personal space, and cleanliness of the equipment during this epidemic. These additional classes are basically in beta testing, and if it goes well we can expand it next week, even if we have to shrink normal operations. Follow this link to see what classes we have this week and to sign up.

Right now these additional classes are fitness-only classes, because those don't require any person-to-person contact. We can add Krav Maga, sparring, potentially even ground-fighting classes to this process as we refine it through this beta testing. We are also working on virtual class options, but you may have noticed the KMR isn't the most technologically advanced place, so please be patient as we overcome our learning curve!

We appreciate you hanging in there as we find the best ways to provide training to you in the midst of the Coronavirus. Having a way to train is even more important now, as our mental health is stressed, and physical mobility may be limited. Regardless of your opportunity, we want you to have safe options to work out, learn Krav, and stay mentally and physically strong. Krav Maga is about overcoming adversity in all forms, and we'll have lots of practice coming up!
