With the extra room to train, we can adjust our Saturday schedule to allow some classes that have been neglected so far. Here is the new Saturday schedule 10:00am - Fitness (30 minutes) 10:30am - Level 1/2 (upstairs) 10:30am - Level 3/4 (downstairs) 11:30am - Level 5 This schedule is effective immediately, so take note for this Saturday November 14th. See you on the mats!
