Labor Day Weekend Schedule!

Happy Monday everyone! I hope you are following our adventures in Kurdistan on the blog and on Facebook. We are having a great time here, and the people are incredibly warm and welcoming. It's also very rewarding to see the engagement from our KMR family around the US who have been keeping up with us on social media. We'll keep those longer reports on their own blogs, for now, let's get to the Krav Maga Raleigh Events!

October will be Krav Maga Raleigh's 10th anniversary soon! It will be a busy and exciting month, and we already have events planned for you to mark on your calendar:

Sat. Oct 6 - UFC night! Bring your family and friends and join the other KMR members to watch the UFC mega-event as Conor McGregor returns to the cage!

Sat. Oct 13 - 10th Anniversary cookout! The very first Krav Maga Raleigh class was October 13, 2008, so this will be 10 years to the DAY since we started! We will have a huge cookout that afternoon with the famous KMR donut burger, and whatever other crazy foods our awesome and insane members can come up with!

Fri.  Oct 19 - Do KMR members fear anything? We'll find out!

Sat. Oct. 27 - Halloween Krav! We'll step aside from the usual curriculum today and teach people how to survive the dangers of classic horror movies. Do you know how to defend yourself against a chainsaw? Come to class and you can learn! Members are encouraged and welcome to bring masks and costumes and take the danger to the next level!

That's all for now. As always we have tons of stuff happening, and it will only get busier as the fall gets going. Very exciting! Train hard and we will see you on the mats!
