Class Descriptions

Level 1 – For beginning students
Level 2 – For students who have passed the level 1 test
Level 3 – For students who have passed the level 2 test
Mixed Level – For all students
Cross Training – Intense and creative fitness classes for all students. These classes are 30 minutes long.
High School – For High School age students
Kids 8-10 – You probably already figured out this class is for kids ages 8-10
Middle School – You may have caught on to the fact that this class is for middle school aged students
