Good morning everyone! We're doing our best to continue normally this week. We have a level 1 test scheduled for Saturday at 1:30pm, and as of right now we plan on holding it. If you took the review and were approved to test, please go to this link to sign up for it. All that being said...if you wait until Friday to sign up, to make sure it's still happening...I understand. If we do have to cancel the test this weekend, we will reschedule it for as soon as possible. For those of you who weren't able to make the review on Saturday, we will see about adding another review quickly once the Coronovirus situation has settled down.

There will be no level 2 workshop on Saturday, however for anyone wanting to take that workshop, if you come at 10:30am we will focus on level 2 material, and if an instructor is available we can potential stay with you a bit later after that class is over to work on some more level 2 techniques. So let's call it a semi-level 2 workshop, starting at 10:30am.

We have a video on Facebook about a simple and effective shadowboxing workout you can do on your own.

And also a video about keeping some focus on your goals through the uncertainty of this coronavirus time.

In other coronavirus adjustments, the small group fitness classes look like they are working, and to further beta test this process, we are adding a Small Group Krav Maga class on Wednesday at 4:00pm. This class is for all levels, has six slots, and you can sign up for it here. I expect that we will move towards more of these pre-registered classes by next week, or sooner. There are still some spaces in the fitness classes, so grab your spot at this link

Ok, that should do it for today! The situation changes daily and we will keep you updated with everything we are doing. For my parting words, I would urge those of you who can to still go out (or order in) and support your local businesses. They really, really need your patronage right now. If you have a favorite restaurant, coffee shop, or store, there is unfortunately a good chance they won't be around on the other side of this. I understand many - if not most - of us are also taking financial hits, but for anyone who can, please help keep the community going. Other than that, keep training whether it's in the gym or at home, and keep moving forwards!
