Good morning everyone! We are keeping the same class schedule as last week, with fitness and krav classes at the same time, with some tweaks to the individual classes. For example a fitness class that used a heavy weight last week might be bodyweight this week. Some highlights:
On Tuesday at 6:30pm we have a striking workout. This is a fitness class I will teach using a heavy bag, so it will be especially helpful to those of you that also have a heavy bag, standing bag, Bob target, etc. However you can also do the workout without equipment, and if you have a partner to hold pads, you can both do the workout and switch off holding and striking
On Wednesday at 5:30pm we are doing more knife defense. This class will review and expand on the material from last week. Whether or not you took that class, you will get good training out of the class this week.
