Good morning everyone. Let's start with the important stuff: Money!

I can't express enough my gratitude for so many of our members staying enrolled even with the quarantine. We are doing our best to still provide good training, but I know you are largely sticking with us out of loyalty, and I hope I can pay back at least some of that support. Starting in May, everyone's memberships will be reduced by 15%. These reductions will be permanent, even once classes in the gym resume; my way of thanking you for sticking with KMR through tough times for everyone. 

On to the schedule! It is the same as last week. For Krav Maga, this week I am not splitting between solo and partner Krav Maga. If partner-specific classes are something you would like to see back on the schedule, just ask! Please notice that on Wednesday at 6:30pm we are doing a level 3+ class. Also I finally wrote the Saturday schedule correctly this time. 

You can also take Enso Movement classes! Enso Movement is a parkour and related-movement organization helping athletes find a sense of self-challenge and build healthy relationships with fitness. Under the current climate, we're offering regular online movement classes to explore new skills, get you fit, and to maintain a sense of well-being.

  • Movement-based classes daily Monday through Thursday at 5:15PM; 
  • Calisthenic classes daily Monday through Thursday at 6:30PM; and 
  • Handbalancing classes every Thursday at 4:00PM.

We had a great John Wick 3 Viewing Party Saturday night, with our guest Michael Lehr giving inside info on the making of that movie. Thanks to Mike for joining us, and to everyone who watched! It was a highlight of the quarantine for me!
