Good morning everyone! We have a great watch party this weekend with Extraction, and it's time for another great week of training. Below is the detailed schedule for classes this week, which are all focused on striking! Rather than put specific strikes in the scheduled, each class will focus on techniques from a certain level, and cover as much as possible in the hour. If you need the Zoom info please send an email. We also have all of these classes archived online, as well as most of the level 1 curriculum. This content is for members only so again, email us for the link.

North Carolina is in Phase One of opening up, with Phase Two possibly coming at the end of the month or beginning of June. If we are able to have limited in-person classes at that point, we will still continue the online classes for students not able to come to the gym. More details coming as soon as we know them. In the meantime, train hard and enjoy this continuing beautiful weather!
