Good morning everyone. First, thank you to everyone who spent time helping clean up Raleigh yesterday. I saw a few members of the KMR community downtown, and I'm sure there were many others helping there and across the city. 

The schedule this week will be the same as last week, with class outdoors on Tuesday. It was warm last week and will be warmer tomorrow, but we will manage. I was talking with some KMR members Saturday and we all had the idea of setting up something like those promotional tents you see at health fairs. We could put a few of those behind the studio as a semi-permanent installation, which would give shade and delineate very adequate social distancing space. If anyone has one of those tents or awnings you are willing to temporarily donate please let me know. The Tuesday afternoon fitness class will still be on Zoom, barring technical difficulties, so please continue to participate at home.

If you do plan to come to that class, bring everything you need with you, the studio will be closed and no one will go in for any reason. There is plenty of space in the back for what I assume will be a small group of people to spread out.  The Tuesday class is scheduled for heavy weights, so if you have one at home you have been using, please bring it with you. If not we can find one for you in the studio. Although it will be a different experience from the "normal" classes, I do look forwards to seeing a few people in person and working out, even spaced apart. If this class goes well we can get a few more outdoor classes on the schedule, hopefully before the weather becomes untenably hot.
