Happy Monday everyone! We are moving quickly through December and the training doesn't stop. Some adjustments to the review and workshop schedules: Level 2 has the next review on Friday Dec 11th at 5:30pm, with the test on Friday Dec 18th also at 5:30pm. We have another level 1 review on Saturday the 12th at 12:30pm, with the test on Saturday the 19th at 12:30pm.

We are in the thick of Kravmas! I have been signing a lot of cards and am impressed with how many people are going after it. Even if you haven't started yet there's still time to get 12 days in before Chistmas, so don't despair. Classes, reviews, tests, and private lessons all count, so keep training through the month and we will see you on the mats!

I love Krav Maga Raleigh. I have been attending Krav classes for almost ten months now and I am so glad that I choose KMR. The Krav Maga Raleigh community is fantastic. The instructors are incredible and really make sure to explain and breakdown the techniques. They are also very personable and easy to approach if you have questions or need additional instruction. You can tell that they are enthusiastic about teaching and really want their students to succeed. The other students are awesome, friendly, and supportive. They are some of your biggest cheerleaders. I was nervous about joining at first because it looked intimidating but everyone was so welcoming and my fears quickly melted away.

KMR also has a great schedule featuring krav classes, fitness classes, and more. You will definitely have a great workout. The facilities are kept clean and the staff at the front are very helpful if you have any questions.

If you are serious about learning Krav Maga, having fun, getting in a great workout, and meeting an awesome group of people I would definitely suggest training here.
