Hey everybody, the Christmas Parade is this Saturday downtown, from 9:30 to 2:00. It's always a big event, but if you look at the map of street closings, it doesn't look like Hargett or Blount street are closed, so it shouldn't be too hard to get to Krav Maga Raleigh. I recommend either coming on Peace St. and going down Blount, or coming on Western and going up Person st. Both of those appear to avoid the parade route and street closings. It will probably be harder to find parking than usual, and it's likely the parking garages will be charging a fee. However that should in no way stop you from training! Krav Maga is all about dealing with obstacles and overcoming them, and an extra two minutes of driving is a lot less threatening than a knife-weilding attacker. And all the food you eat next week isn't going to care that downtown was crowded so you couldn't get a proper workout!
