It's pushup week at Krav Maga Raleigh, and although most of our members are cranking out hundreds of pushups on the "10 sets a day," program we started a few months ago and never stopped, our form might not be perfect. In fact, I'd say it's probably terrible over all. Most of us start pushups by struggling through a few sloppy ones, and over time we get the ability to struggle through more of them, but the technique rarely improves.
